"Mattie"

Dear Citrus County Animal Services,
It has been over 10 years since I was blessed with such an amazing dog. Mattie was only a few months old when she was taken from the shelter and brought to her forever home. She is such a sweetheart and I have loved every minute having her by my side.
When the time came to move out of Citrus County, we packed up our things, and of course made the transition south to Tampa. When our occupations needed us to move again out of state to VA, we packed her up again and made sure she was in the front seat! Leaving her behind was NEVER an option. I could NOT even imagine my life without her! What a wonderful dog, companion, and friend!
For anyone interested in saving a life, please consider adoption through a shelter. Mattie is going on 11 years old and I am amazed at all the joy she still brings to me and my husband! Thank you so much again for my best "furry" friend.
