"Patches"

Posted: 03-22-11

I was the foster who took him home overnight and then delivered him to his new home. He was very quiet at my house just followed my husband around and didn't make a sound.. Then, we arrived at his new place. WOW, first of all, in 24 hours, Patches went from rags to riches. :) The condo is beautiful, on the water... My husband wanted to stay there!

He went right into their bedroom, plopped on his brand new bed, took his new toy, and just had a ball. He then came into the living room, checked things out, went back into the bedroom, and rolled around on his back. I called him over and put on his brand new collar with all the different colored doggie bones. Then he grabbed the leash and took it back into the bedroom and was rolling all over it.

As we left, he was outside getting to know the residents and enjoying all the smells. He looked up as I drove away for a split second and then went back to enjoying condo life. :) What a sweet dog.

Thanks again,
Patty Steinert
